Scope protection rule

Can you support procurement or compliance documentation?+

We can provide standard commercial documents such as quotations, statements of work, invoices, and project summaries. Subsidy applications, eligibility checks, and claim administration are not included unless separately scoped and priced in writing.

Can payment wait until a reimbursement or subsidy is paid out?+

No. Project payment follows the agreed invoice schedule. Any third-party reimbursement is handled between the client and the relevant agency, and does not change project payment milestones.

What counts as a change request?+

A change request is required when a request adds workflows, integrations, business rules, user roles, reports, data cleanup, compliance documentation, approval logic, or changes already agreed acceptance criteria. Change requests are quoted separately before work continues.

When does a project become a $10,000+ custom build?+

A project usually moves into custom scope when it has more than 2 workflows, more than 4 integrations, multiple departments, custom API work, data migration, RAG or document assistant work, dashboards, complex permissions, or unclear requirements. A paid audit is required before quoting these builds.

Where does my data go?+

The default design is to keep data in your own systems and connect via official APIs. If a workflow requires temporary processing or storage, we document that in the scope and data-flow notes.

What's included in each plan?+

Every plan includes workflow design, build, error handling, alerting, and runbook documentation. The difference is the number of active workflows and the cadence of check-ins. There are no hidden fees.

How does onboarding work?+

We start with a discovery call to understand your processes and priorities. From there, we recommend a paid audit, fixed-scope build, monthly support, or custom scope.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+

Yes. Plans are month-to-month. You can scale up, scale down, or pause with 30 days notice. No lock-ins.

Do you work with tools we already use?+

Almost certainly yes. We work with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, WhatsApp, HubSpot, Salesforce, Xero, Airtable, Notion, Shopify, and 100+ others via Zapier, Make, or n8n.
