Paddly.ai is led by Magnus Lim. The work draws on a background running software and programme delivery — owning scope, milestones, and acceptance criteria across cross-functional teams. That bias toward shipped, documented, handover-ready work shapes how every Paddly.ai engagement runs.
Engagements are scoped fixed-price with clear deliverables. Builds are documented with runbooks so your team can run the system without us. Where AI is involved, we keep humans in the loop on anything that affects customers, money, or compliance.

- Train foundation models or run AI research projects
- Build custom web/mobile applications or take on engineering-heavy product work
- Take on engagements without a clearly accountable workflow owner
- Guarantee eligibility, approval, or reimbursement for any third-party programme
Procurement & scope disclaimer
We scope automation projects with clear deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, and change request rules. We can provide standard commercial documents such as quotations, statements of work, invoices, and project summaries.
Grant, subsidy, or reimbursement requirements are client-side responsibilities unless separately scoped, priced, and agreed in writing. Payment for project work follows the agreed invoice schedule and is not dependent on third-party outcomes. See our pricing page for the full FAQ.
