By using paddly.ai you agree to these terms. If you represent a company, you confirm you have authority to accept on its behalf.

2. Services

Statements on this site are not binding offers. Engagement terms, pricing, and deliverables are finalized in a separate statement of work or contract.

3. Content

We own the site content. You may not reuse it without consent. Client names and logos appear only with permission.

4. Confidentiality

Information shared during enquiries is handled confidentially. Formal engagements include mutual NDAs where needed.

5. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Project-specific liability is defined in the contract for that project.
